Grilled Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
4 poultry breast cutlets1/4 cup RAGÚ® Old World Style - Traditional sauce1/2 cup sliced mozzarella cheeseThe taste of salt and pepper
NOODLES
1. Place the chicken breast cutlets in the shallow baking dish.Season with salt and pepper on all sides.
2. On a hot grill, cook for 5 minutes on one side, then flip the other side.
3. Spread a delicious amount of sauce on each chicken cutlet.
4. Add the sliced mozzarella to the top of the sauce and grill lid.
Bake for another 7-8 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is not cooked through.
