Excessive Sweating: Treatment Tips.

10 ways to reduce excess sweat that only I didn't know

As it gets hotter and warmer, it seems like a really formidable season for those who are sweaty. Sweating or smelling bad for your body are probably two of the most common problems people face in the summer. Sweating is a measure that protects your body to keep your body cooler than the hot environment, but it has some side effects. These are sweat stains, bad body odor, and sweaty hands. The hotter the season, the more sweaty the person must care. So, today's theme I prepared is "10 ways to reduce excessive sweat that only I didn't know."

01. Avoid spicy sweets and chemically processed foods.

Spicy food can be tasty and healthy, but it makes your body sweat more often. The same goes for foods that are artificially sweetened with a large amount of fructose syrup. Packaged and frozen foods of this type are high in chemical toxins, making them sweaty.

02. Strengthens deodorants and antiperspirants.

Baking soda or powder on your armpits can help absorb moisture and prevent odor. What's more, they have a unique pleasant smell. You can also add this powder to your shoes or gloves.

03. Shaving

The accumulation of sweat tends to occur around hairy areas such as the armpits, groin, and bearded neck. Bacteria are fed by sweat and emit unpleasant odors as they release toxins. Hairy areas require less sweat and moisture due to less exposure to fresh air. Shaving these areas is one of the effective ways to overcome excessive heat.

04. Wearing natural fibers other than nylon or polyester

Cotton, silk, hemp, and wool are skin breathable fabrics. This allows moisture evaporation and air flow freely, providing ample space around the armpits. In contrast, synthetic fabrics are made of more durable fabrics. This traps heat and makes your body sweat more. Another advantage of natural fiber is that it absorbs moisture well, preventing bacteria from absorbing sweat and causing odor.

05. Wearing loose clothes

Wearing clothes that are too tight will also cause problems with blood circulation, and the body's body absorbs all the moisture, which deprives the skin of the air that it should enjoy. This will increase sweating and dry your skin, causing more sweat to be released from sweat. If you find it too hot and sweaty, it's a good idea to untie the extra buttons on your shirt collar and put on simple and light clothes.

06. Wear under shirt

If you suffer from severe sweating and your shirt sticks to your armpits and chest, you can wear different clothes. It may sound strange, but the more you wear, the cooler it will be to sweat less. You can cut the collar so that it doesn't fit over a regular wool or cotton shirt and wear it to fit your everyday outfit.

07. Fruit utilization

Healthy eating improves every aspect of life. This includes sweating. Lemon can reduce sweating. Cut the lemon in half and rub gently until a thin coating is applied to the skin. When dried, the applied juice component acts as a natural deodorant, preventing the formation of sweat.

08. Rest and calm

Sweat is sometimes more related to the state of the heart than body temperature. When you are under stress or anxiety, your glands work immediately. Stay calm and try not to drink or drink anything that contains caffeine or similar substances. If you feel pressure on the nervous system, you will sweat more.

09. Wash your skin or make your body comfortable in many ways

It is known that herbal acupuncture helps people with excessive sweating. Washing with essential oils can cleanse your skin and make your body more comfortable, soothing your body odor and smelling fragrant. Typically, rose, lavender and orange oils are examples. Even a simple massage can remove toxins from your body and reduce stress.

10. Consultation with a doctor

Excessive sweating at unusual times indicates a problem with the condition of sweating. Sweating may be a symptom of health problems, including heart disease, leukemia, menopause, lymphoma, tuberculosis, and various stresses and anxieties. Consultation with a doctor is also recommended in preparation for unusual circumstances.
